Yes! All new users get a 30-day free trial when signing up — either via the Wix Marketplace or directly on the Birthday Club website. No credit card is required during the trial.
After 30 days, you'll need to select a plan and enter your payment details to continue using Birthday Club. If you don't subscribe, your Birthday Club will be deactivated. Emails will stop, customers will not be able to sign up, and rewards will not be sent. Your Birthday Club can be re-activated anytime, we will keep your data. To re-activate, log in to the dashboard and select a plan.
Birthday Club offers three monthly plans: Starter, Premium+, and Loyalty+.
Each includes up to 500 subscribers. If you exceed that, you'll be billed for additional subscribers in blocks of 100. If you have more than 5,000 subscribers, please contact [email protected].

We measure your active subscriber count the day before your billing date. That number determines your fee for the next billing month. Billing continues automatically unless you cancel.
You'll be charged at the end of your free trial, then monthly on that same date moving forward — based on your selected plan and subscriber count.
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
No, Birthday Club is a month-to-month service, and we do not offer refunds for partial months.
If a payment fails or isn't made, your Birthday Club will be deactivated — emails will stop, and new customers won’t be able to sign up. You won't lose any data, and you can reactivate anytime by completing your payment.
Legacy Wix customers will be migrated to our new Stripe-based billing system. You'll receive an email with details on how to continue your subscription and unlock new features.
Any type of credit cards, debit cards, Apple pay and Google pay are accepted. Payments will be securely processed by Stripe.
No, you don't need a Stripe account. We use Stripe to securely process payments from your credit or debit card.
We don't currently offer a pause option, but you can cancel anytime and reactivate later. Your data will be safely stored while your account is inactive.
Your subscriber list and data will remain intact. However, rewards will not be sent or received until you reactivate your plan.
No — your data stays intact. But some features (like automated campaigns or loyalty rewards) may become unavailable based on your new plan.
Yes! Birthday Club now works with any website platform. You can embed signup forms on your website.
